Bellingham Tree Tech responded the same day and was able to come give an estimate the next day. Of all the companies that responded to me and came to give estimates, Bellingham Tree Tech was one of only two that actually followed up with a written estimate. They were they only company that offered to show me a copy of their insurance certificate without being asked. Their bid was among the lowest of all I received and was half the price of the highest bid I received. These points made choosing them a no-brainer. They were able to come out later the same week. They had initially told me it would take half a day to remove the tree, but their three person team had the tree down and everything cleaned up in only 3 hours. When they left, except for the missing tree, firewood rounds (which I asked them to leave) and some sawdust, there was no sign they were ever here.
