Ken did a wonderful job on our trees....from start to finish! He came over promptly to look at our trees, then gave us a quote on the spot.... A quote, I add, that was far lower than two other tree companies. He limbed our trees to improve our view as well as reduce any dangers from windstorms. He also did some "extra" limbimg" as I asked him to do... At no additional charge. ALSO: Ken took the time to pull the ivy off of our trees while he was there... We are so grateful! I do not understand the 1 star review from Virginia, but what she said is not at all what I experienced. Maybe she was just a difficult customer to work with because I called at least 4 others and never heard back but these guys are amazing. Got back to me same day although I did not expect that. I just had them remove 3 giant Cottonwoods and asked if they could somehow keep them from knocking down some Evergreens. They did it so nicely and not a scratch to the ones I wanted saved. Very kind workers and could not believe how fast they did it. Extremely satisfied! This is the second time they did work for me within a month and the experience was a carbon copy of this one. We had a row of Dangerous Cottonwood trees on Neighbors property line. A few were Falling and damaging our home and Garage. Had several bids and opinions. Ken gave very good advice and Price. His expertise and confidence made the decision easy. Amazing skills and symphony of workers! Wow, a real Ethical, integral business. Ken was an amazing Diplomat with the neighbor. Great clean up and no damage to our very close buildings. We were looking for someone to cut down some trees that were leaning towards our house. I called Ken's Tree Service and he came out the next day to give me an estimate to cut down 6 trees. Ken and his crew came out on the scheduled day and cut down the trees and even took down some extra ones that were dangerous. No extra charge! They all did such an awesome job. We were told by the City of Bellingham to remove some existing trees, because there was a possibility it can topple on the apartment building across the street. I recently hired Ken to remove some dead trees and do some other tree work. My neighbor had used him for several years and highly recommended him. We have had Ken take down about 9 trees over the years, in addition to crown thinning and cabling the top V's together. He has always done a great job, cleaned everything up and doesn't use spikes that damage the trees. Will be hiring him again on a new property we just purchased. Plus he's a great guy! read more
