Good stock of peripherals and consumables, smart and helpful counter staff. BUT I asked them to update my PC. They changed the CPU to one that did not recognise the Graphics in my DOS-based QuickBASIC programs, and ignored all printer instructions. After some arguement, they found a DOS emulator (DOSBOX) , a freeware product that solved the graphics problems, more or less. They charged me £38 for correcting their own mistake (rather badly). The printer problem they assured me was solved. It was not, and is not. This has left me up the creek without a paddle. SO - buy paper, ink etc here, but don't let them get their hands on anything you need. read more
