KLASS CYCLES did a complete upgrade on my bike. Cam did a 107 kit on my 2013 Street glide that was amazing and did cams and tune on my road glide. That was also amazing engine work. He also did more work than I can remember Upgrading my suspension, handlebars, brakes, wheels tires he even added CarPlay to my bike stock stereo. Got charged 300$ for carbs to be "cleaned". Got my bike back 2 days later after leaving it at the shop. Then I loaded it in my truck too it out to the desert and it broke down 25 minutes into my ride. I got stuck had to call triple A I had already spoke to them the first time how the mechanic before them scammed me. Didn't care did the same as well kept my motorcycle for 2 Months and a half. I would call often to check up on it and they would say to give them time. then said he couldn't fix it after 3 months. Never got my money back from the "carbs being cleaned". I came back for my bike and the guy stank like ALCOHOL while at work and now I have to take it to a another shop and spend more money and see what's really wrong with it. Listen to these bad reviews I ignored them till I read a situation like mine everything made sense. read more

Spend over $200 to have my motorcycle carburetor cleaned there, job was poorly done as it was still dirty. The gas line into my carburetor was crack and was leaking gas. They never replaced it and didn't bother tell me about it. I ended up spending more money to bring my bike to another place to have properly cleaned. Would not recommend this place! read more

I read positive reviews about this shop, so I took my 1996 Dyna Glide (I purchased new) into Klass Cycles last year on 5/5/2020 to check on an oil light. Cam told me the oil pump gears needed to be replaced and because of the age of the bike an overhaul was recommended, I agreed and we added some higher performance parts (oil pump, pistons, valves etc). $4,384.25 and 92 days later I picked up the bike on 8/5/2021, the work took twice as long as the six-week estimate I was originally given. On 3/25/2021, seven months and 2,000 miles later, the oil light came on for a second time and the bike was taken back to Klass Cycles. Cam confirmed that there was no oil pressure and the pump, cam and push-rods were disassembled a second time. I won't bore you with the excuses but cases of beer, whisky and even flowers for the front office can't motivate this guy, I tried. After a second summer without my ride I was told "it's not my problem". Now 98 days into the second repair of the failed overhaul (190 days total in his shop) it was obvious that Cam had no intention of repairing the damage, so I picked up the roller with all disassembled parts in a box. Our agreement was to get another 5 years or 50K miles out of the bike (not in writing), I had taken great care of it and was told it was doable, we shook hands and he took my money. The Harley mechanics I talk to since are reluctant to get involved after assessing the damage. The difference between my roller and those in his boneyard is that mine is now in my garage being sold for parts. I've sent letters to his shop and also reached out to the Chamber of Commerce and the Better Business Bureau, not only does Klass Cycle not respond, they are not affiliated or members of either. If you do business with Klass Cycles take notes and keep records, if you have an experience like mine, your only recourse may be litigation. read more

I normally do my own mechanical work to my bikes, but my normal job has picked up and I didn't think I would have the time to complete the valve clearance check/adjustment I felt my "new to me" zx10r needed. A friend recommended this shop to me, so I took it to Klass Cycles. I had called first to verify pricing and get a rough estimate on the time it would take. The guy I spoke with was super friendly and informed me of everything. I dropped it off on a Monday morning. At that time I met Cam, who is also a really good guy. Long story short, it took just under 2 weeks to get my bike back. I was originally told it would take a few days, but I guess things got really busy at the shop, and a value job can take time. It sucked, but they still did a professional job and I felt good about that. Unfortunately upon return of the bike I noticed some tabs were broken off the fairings, and I some bolts were missing or had been replaced with different ones (different from the bolt set I originally had). These are just minor things though, and the bike was running well - which was my main concern. This shop is a great shop if you want to have experienced and friendly mechanics work on your bike, and not overcharge you. This isn't some big dealership looking to prey on the weak; this is a shop ran by family/friends that all have the same love for motorcycles. read more

I had to take Cameron Klassert to small claims court to get him to respond to my request for payment to cover the cost to repair the damages he caused due to his incompetence. The engine required a second complete overhaul by a licensed Harley mechanic (Kaiserbuilt in Laguna Beach), after his handiwork. The entire ordeal took from May 12, 2020 to March 8, 2022 (22 months) from the day I delivered my 1996 80 ci Dyna Wide Glide, with a burned main bearing, till the day I picked it up with several parts in a box. I ended up having to settle out of court in mediation for a fraction of the bill ($1,500.00) not including months of my time and anguish, I was burned out and had no more time or energy to waist on this group. I wish I had the advantage of reading this post before making the disastrous decision of trusting this them with my ride. Ok wasn't going to leave a review, but the need to save someone the headache and waste of precious time, took my bike in 2 years ago to have heads sent out to port and polish, an to clean up electrical mess for rear lights and turn signals, well made the mistake of paying up front 90% anyway got the bike back 1st thing leaking fuel by the fitting coming out of gas tank, take it back to him to fix, he doesn't do anything tells me it's my aluminum tank , I take it home tear it apart it's not the tank it's the aluminum fuel line fitting that split due to overtightening, then I notice oil leaking from front rocker box so I'm thinking either needs new gaskets or warped so I order new gaskets turns out to be loose head bolt, very loose like finger tight,okay now here is the straw that broke the camels back, my tail light goes out last week so I replace it and as I hit the brake light it doesn't light up thinking the bulbs faulty, I replace it, still no brake light so I get out the tester, it's getting power, I'm racking my brains thinking it's brake light switch then I look up something online where a guy had to solder a piece of solder on his bulb to get a connection so I try that, well after close examination I notice the curly wire on the double filament bulb was lit up, and I read when power was on and it's supposed to be the brake light part so I hit the brake lever and the straight skinny wire lit up, this guy Cam hooked the wiring backwards so I've been riding my bike for two years with no brake lights and I know when I changed my bulb 3 years ago my brake light worked because I check that whenever I change a bulb(doesn't everyone?) So if your into having little bike issues, by all means use this guy, but if you want something done right find another shop to take your bike it's worth paying the Xtra money to avoid all this bull$#!^ read more

I was referred to Klass cycles by a good friend. Being new to the Harley scene; I took my dyna streetbob here for the first time to get my handle bars replaced. Camron greeted me with a smile and asked what I needed to get done and told me he can get it done in a couple days, which most shops told me would take 2-3 weeks. Hearing this I was super happy! Came back the next day to pick up my bike and not only was I impressed at how it looks, Camron cleaned up a lot of the extra stuff the dealership should have done. It completely changed my bike! Which was way more responsive and way quicker! Camron literally made my bike feel like a new bike! A couple months later I called to get a 3 hole service and brakes done. Erin was so patient working with me to schedule my appointment. Especially with my hectic work schedule, she got me in as soon as possible. What impressed me the most is when they told me it'll be done in a couple hours but got it done in less! I took the bike out for a spin and I kid you not, it literally feels like a newer bike. I ride my bike as a daily so you feel the difference in every aspect of the ride . The response on the dyna was better. Brakes felt really nice. I'm sooooo happy how my dyna came out. I love the fact that Erin and Camron have been so helpful and so friendly that I would recommend all my friends/family to come here! Not only do they treat you with respect but they treat you like family here. To me the quality of work they put, is hands down the best! I've been to these guys before. It's not like they're unknowledgeable mechanics, but they keep my bike for six weeks until the parts came in?! Look, I'm a reasonable guy. I know that we are in a supply chain crunch due to the pandemic. But why not demonstrate good customer service and tell me to come in only after all of the parts arrived? I've been a repeat customer. I'm not going to bail on you. Either that, or let me purchase the parts and then I'll bring the bike to you. Instead, they decided to take my bike apart for a valve job only to discover that they lacked the parts necessary to complete the repair. And so I waited. And waited. And waited. SIX WEEKS I waited. I depend heavily on my bike as a daily driver, as it makes my commute time from my job much more palatable. You wouldn't want YOUR daily driver held hostage for 6 weeks, would you? Brian was very empathetic at the end and did cut me a discount at the end, so I very much appreciated that. If I go there again, he's the guy I recommend contacting. Prior to this incident, they've given me good service, but six weeks is six weeks, so I can't in good conscience give them 5 stars, but, in light of their past service, I won't rate them poorly, either. Just make absolutely sure that they have all the parts in stock before bringing your bike in for service. In this case, the valve cover gasket lack of availability really mucked up the process. read more

I have no complaints, at all... only praises!!! I called the shop and told them I had parts (new chain an sprockets) for my little Virago 250 cruiser and wondered how quick I could get things done. I was told to bring it in within the hour and they'd probably get it done within the day. I showed up and they immediately took my bike in, lifted it up on the stand and started working right away. I was very surprised!!! and pleased!!! It only took them about an hour, maybe... can't remember as the time flew by while I chatted with the girl in the office about sports, riding etc. The best part, I didn't even get charged the full quoted amount as it took them less time than expected to do the sprockets and chain. AWESOME!!!!! You can tell when someone really loves bikes and their craft. ^_^ I'll definitely be back for future maintenance. read more
