When I asked about it, I was told the policy is on the online dashboard--but that doesn't help customers who don't book online and were never told about the policy in person. What really sealed the deal was the way I was treated when I came in with questions. Megan was dismissive and had an unnecessarily rude attitude from the start. I was polite, simply trying to understand the charge, and there was no reason to be spoken to the way I was. This wasn't my first disappointing experience with her either. I had previously received a facial from Megan that felt rushed and incomplete, which is why I switched providers. Alex, on the other hand, has always been the complete opposite. My facials with Alex have been thorough, professional, and consistently a much better experience. It's disappointing that one employee's attitude and the lack of transparency around a fee were enough to lose a loyal member, but that's exactly what happened.
