The space has this stunning, minimalist, cave-like hallway that immediately quiets your mind. It has a modern, earthy palette that is serene and honestly feels like a retreat you'd find tucked away in Europe. I had a facial with Layla, and she was incredible. She has the perfect balance of being professional, gentle, and completely dialed in to what your skin needs. The treatment was relaxing from start to finish and she explained everything in a way that felt personalized without being overwhelming. I walked out glowing, hydrated, smooth, and noticeably brighter. The whole experience felt intentional and elevated. Every detail, from the scent of the treatment rooms to the soothing lighting, adds to the feeling that you're being fully taken care of.     Torn between 3 stars and 4 but doing 3 stars. the massage therapists really are great (4-5 stars…read morefor them) but the mixups with the front desk have been a bit frustrating. 3 stars because I am not the happiest with how things have been going with my membership. I feel like every time i speak with someone, i am being told different misleading information. When i initially called about a membership i told the person i was speaking with that i was interested in doing a membership for an 80 minute monthly. This was around the end of April. I specifically asked if this would cover the cost of the deep tissue massage because that is all I'm interested in. I was told yes, that i can choose whichever massage i want and there would be no added cost. Thrilled, i booked an appointment. I went to my appointment and let them know i was interested in doing a membership when i was finished. Upon finishing, i signed up but was then told there is an up charge for doing deep tissue. I expressed that the person who booked my appointment said otherwise, but nonetheless, it's understandable. The paperwork was done and i was charged. i then asked if my billing date would be the 27th of every month (being i signed up on 4/27) and that's when she said i would be renewed the first of every month. I do feel like it being 3 days before the membership bill cycle ended, i should've been made aware of this before signing up as i was about to be charged again in 3-4 days. I would've probably postponed signing up for a couple of weeks. Regardless, i overlooked it. I returned again on 5/14 for a massage. During my call 5/13 booking the appointment and when closing out of my massage on 5/14 i asked both people i spoke with if my membership discount only applies to me, or if it applies to additional massages i purchase if i wanted to get one for my fiance. BOTH people told me i would be able to use my discount on someone else as long i am the one booking and to just add it in my booking notes so they can apply it to the visit. I came in on 5/24 with my fiance and when i was checking out, the person at the front (the same person who signed me up for the membership) said that's not allowed. She said she would do it this one time but it is not something that is transferable. Again, all of these things are valid and i understand. But i am just not thrilled with their customer service and the differences of information. Especially being that I've asked multiple times. I also think my decision on the membership would've been adjusted had i known the additional details but every time i talk to someone everything changes. I don't even know who to talk to or who to believe anymore. The environment itself is great. It's very peaceful and relaxing and I've enjoyed every therapist I've had, but the ongoing confusion with front desk has been kind of frustrating being that I'm locked into a membership. Again, i do really enjoy it here. But just sign up with caution and know that information can quickly change depending on who you talk to.
