Wasn't going to complain about a small business however the owner is not professional. I have been asking for a receipt for over a month (because my apartment building needs it to clear me from getting charged again for cleaning) and they have been dodging me. In the beginning they said they would provide it, then when I asked about never receiving it they started to say "give me 5 minutes" and never following up/calling back.
