He did bring someone with to assist him, which is no problem so I'm not quite sure if the issue is with the original painter or the help. The problem I ran into is I have textured walls so I know they are a little bit more difficult to get a good coverage with paint. However, I had to go back and do quite a few touchups and even now a few months later, I am noticing spots that need to be touched up as well. I did not have this problem with the original first job I had him do. This second job was much bigger. He also did not remove light fixtures or blinds or curtain, rods, etc. like a previous painter had done so now when I have gone to change light fixtures, I now have to repaint the ceiling, etc.. It is unfortunate because I was going to have him paint the outside of my home as well, but with this change in quality, I am concerned. The first job I would give a five out of five the second job I would give a two out of five so well average out for 2.5 He did say when he was finished with the second job if there was any areas I wanted him to touch up, he would return, which I feel is great on his part but I also don't feel like I should have to pay someone to come back to finish their work.
