Can't say enough good things about Kleen Vapez. Atif runs a great shop and is incredibly knowledgeable. I found the place by searching online and stopped in today. He explained that my products from another shop were actually knock-offs. He clearly knew what he was looking at and explained the reasons why the products were inferior and provided far superior tanks and batteries at a reasonable cost. Customer service was phenomenal. When I returned home, I found that the battery from the other shop was not functioning. This usually wouldn't be a big deal, but I was flying to Nicaragua for 2 weeks the next morning and was really in a bind with only one battery. I called the shop, knowing that they had likely closed. Turns out this was his cell #. He had already closed up and left for the day. When I explained my predicament, he offered to head back to the store but said he was 15 minutes away already. He ended up heading back to the shop with his family in the car just to help me out. I couldn't be more thankful. Really helped me out in a bind and made a return customer out of me. Best customer service I've ever had. And this is all on top of the awesome product selection including some awesome flavors I'd never tried. I couldn't recommend this place more. read more

Great shop! Found out about it through Instagram & decided to come after seeing their extensive selection through their posts. Kleen Vapez is actually a kiosk within a mini-mart, but don't let that deter you. Their selection, knowledge, and willingness to help their customer differentiates them from a lot of the vape shops in the area. I'm a beginner vaper, but by the time I had visited Kleen Vapez I had already been to a few other shops. The staff and owners at Kleen Vapez taught me so much more than the people at any other shop. They told me some things that I couldn't believe other shops neglected to teach me. They helped a beginner feel confident in my hardware and technique. Kleen Vapez is also one of the few shops in the area to sell the Myster line which was a fun suprise. Overall I had a fantastic experience. - Bad experience - Convenience Store Kiosk - Extremely Overpriced Clones - Juvenile Owner - I was very displeased about my experience at the shop a while back and I wrote a lengthy review about it. It was taken down, but I am rewriting some of the bullet points so that prospective customers wont be fooled by the false reviews this shop already has. - If your a beginner I'd advise that you stay away from this shop because they do not have your interests in mind. There are many more "real" vape shops in the same area that will give you quality customer service as well as quality information. If you still do decide to walk into the convenience store and visit his kiosk, I'd recommend just browsing and then visiting a real vape shop a few miles away. You'll be able to tell an immediate difference in ambiance and service. read more

Really like this shop. I've been there twice now, and don't have a negative thing to say at all. Solid selection of liquid and devices (from starter kits to mech mods). What most impressed me, though, is the owner's willingness to assist a customer. During my first trip I was doing the normal sampling to try and find out what they had that I liked. After going through several liquids/test batteries, I let him know that I just wasn't getting a whole lot of flavor from his test devices (my normal devices are a motley collection of RBAs and drippers). He immediately cleaned out his PERSONAL device (Mech/dripper combo), threw the liquid I was trying into it and handed it to me. I've never seen customer service like that, which is a damn shame, because that's how you build a loyal customer base. I will definately be returning. read more

I've had nothing but positive experiences with this vape shop. The staff helped me upgrade to a mechanical mod and went above and beyond in taking the time to educate and ensure that it functioned properly. They have a nice selection of juices and are happy to let you sample them in store. I stopped by this small vape shop today and had a great experience. They have a good selection of high end mods and premium juices given the small size of the store. Prices are a bit high, but that's to be expected from a b&m. I asked about Bitcoin acceptance and the owner allowed me to assist him with setting up a wallet. I was able to purchase several items with bitcoin, and because of this will definitely be returning! read more
