This place still horrible Customer…read moreservice this man with the gold grill decided to card me which would be cool if he carded me last week and the week before and the week before. I know the guy that owns this place he also owns the one in Woodbridge I go all the time. This decide to tell me I'm still "barking" I'm not going to run "no show over here" when all I asked is why he asked me for my Id and why he wasn't asking anyone else. He then tried to rip my card out of the machine to prevent me from spending money here. At this point I'll have to file a complaint with the better business bureau and call the police to make sure they are aware this business isn't following the state law. I have had so many bad experiences at this location... it's crazy I'm still spending money there. This location has to be the worse. In my most recent visit they rushed me out the store as they were in such a hurry to close. The gentleman that manages this location sits usually and tells the other guy to do majority of the work. My issue with the other guy is that he doesn't pay attention last time I was in here he literally took 4 people in front of me while I was standing there I had to make it a point to ask him why I wasn't being assisted when I had been in the store for almost 20 minutes. This visit they don't even have the same stock. I know the owner of the Woodbridge one and he is SO nice and helpful. I can't spend money at this lovANYMORE ... moving forward I'll go to woodbridge or order offline

I asked him what device he would suggest and he basically told me if I had that problem w the Nord then I would have the same issue w every device. I've had pens w buttons on the outside before and I've NEVER had this issue. Lesson learned I'm never coming back to this store and I suggest you don't either. Edit 2: I've read plenty of reviews that say the same thing- the nord2 is just leaky in general- guess the attendant didn't know this and I should've done my research instead of taking the attendants word at the point of sale. So this guy at the store is completely out of pocket.

I asked the store attendee what was going on. He told me "they are getting rid of all the vapes." I asked, "so, this store is no longer going to sell vapes?". He said "Yes". It's a VAPE store - It's in the name. So, it appears pretty soon all they will be selling is analog tobacco and weed...or, um, that stuff they claim is "CBD" and "legal" or whatever but is actually just flat out weed. I'll just have to go back to buying my vapes online ...better prices & selection anyways.

After explaining what I needed, the clerk did not know that a vape coil is also known as atomizer. Whether he felt offended when I said that it was ok and I could look for it elsewhere, but the clerk then, entirely unprovoked, told me to get the f-ck out of the store as I did not know what I wanted. He said it while other shoppers were in the store. I have never written a negative review before. But this behavior exceeds every reasonable expectation from a worker in a first-world country. The manager, who was on the phone, rushed forward. Instead of apologizing for the dangerous placement, began yelling that it was a $2k laptop and if I had stepped on it the store would have been ruined and I would have had to pay for it. Strange start. 2. I looked at a few products and picked up a small plastic packet of CBD. The same manager, on the phone, yelled over to me that I was not allowed to touch products "unless I was accompanied by someone else." It was store policy, they said, and they had to be consistent. After these two bizarre situations, I quickly got my products and left. As a POC, being treated like a criminal for touching a product is unacceptable. And nearly tripping over an open laptop on the floor is not an experience I want to have at my local CBD shop. I will not be returning. *My previous review was taken down for some reason.
