The manager, who was on the phone, rushed forward. Instead of apologizing for the dangerous placement, began yelling that it was a $2k laptop and if I had stepped on it the store would have been ruined and I would have had to pay for it. Strange start. 2. I looked at a few products and picked up a small plastic packet of CBD. The same manager, on the phone, yelled over to me that I was not allowed to touch products "unless I was accompanied by someone else." It was store policy, they said, and they had to be consistent. After these two bizarre situations, I quickly got my products and left. As a POC, being treated like a criminal for touching a product is unacceptable.
