Both of my cars were detailed to a condition that was better than when I took delivery from the dealership! Critical Details also put a layer of opti-coat on the cars. This stuff is amazing and really saves a ton of time on future car washes. It is very hydrophobic, so when it comes to drying the car off after being washed, you can just blot the remaining water off the vehicle with a microfiber towel. When I brought my car to Critical Details for auto detailing, I had never cleaned the inside and had tried 3 times (without success) to vacuum out the pug hair. I had some bird droppings on my front bumper, was quickly shuffled through the spray area then through the wash. the droppings are still on my bumper. Not satisfied what so ever.
