My truck was a disaster so a friend gave me a gift card to C&L / When I picked up my truck I could not believe how good it looked - the carpets looked like a new truck - the stains on the passenger seat were gone - The whole truck looked great and smelled even better / I never thought I would use a detailing service but that thought is gone I would recommend that anyone second guessing on treating yourselves to go to C&L They did a fantastic job - Very pleased w/ the outcome - read more

The owner, Trevor, is very passionate about his work and it shows with his amazing attention to detail. Both of my cars were detailed to a condition that was better than when I took delivery from the dealership! Critical Details also put a layer of opti-coat on the cars. This stuff is amazing and really saves a ton of time on future car washes. It is very hydrophobic, so when it comes to drying the car off after being washed, you can just blot the remaining water off the vehicle with a microfiber towel. I would highly recommended Critical Details to anyone looking to have their vehicle brought back to showroom condition.

When I brought my car to Critical Details for auto detailing, I had never cleaned the inside and had tried 3 times (without success) to vacuum out the pug hair. So, I didn t have high expectations when I dropped it off. My car was INCREDIBLE! There was not one little fawn pug hair left in the car. Whatever pet hair removal system they use works! About 2 months ago I brought my car to a different detail shop in St Albans. They quoted $500 for a…read morefull detail. I thought that was a too expensive so I decided to just have them do the exterior. They did a pretty mediocre job, not polishing several areas of the paintwork and not even bothering to clean the wheels. On October 8th I dropped my car off at KLEENWORX. For the same price the other shop charged for the exterior only KLEENWORX detailed the exterior, interior and engine compartment. The quality of the work and attention to detail was head and shoulders above the previous shop. KLEENWORX is usually booked out several weeks so you will have to make an appointment. I highly recommend Keith and his team.

When we had to return for a rein spection we were told to just "come back any time after a week of driving so the codes reset" and we did. It was that easy to get it cleared through inspection.
