We had brought it to an urgent care facility in NE where they stitched and added a drain that needed to be taken out. Dr. Rob and his staff without hesitation, fit us in, took the drain out and followed up via phone and text. You don't see that kind of customer service very much anymore. Thank you so very much

I asked for a Lion Cut w/Boots and ((Wa-La)) Lil Bits was transformed into "BOOTS" (her Rock N Roll name lol). She was calm and happy an hr later when we picked her up & her cut was "Maaavelous". Amy said she was very well behaved . Her cut is cleanly done & evenly trimmed, not 1 razor burn or problem. I was very pleased with my first experience here- will definitely recommend AMY for grooming . Thanks for doing such an awesome job on this lil sweetie! ------ UPDATE!! Last summer 2019, a different groomer had taken over and she did a terrible job on Lil Bits. After explaining a lion cut to her(really?), her cut was uneven and she didn't trim feet at all but left a bushy mess on her paws. A very uneven mane too. Bad cut! Amy H. Thx in advance and feel free to keep the above as part of my review. I was recommended to come here YEARS ago (1999). I had three cats (Prelude, Gismo and Nala) and they were all treated with compassion on each visit. Please note, I no longer have the first cat (an old friend took him) or third cat (in heaven), so the rest of this review is for Gismo only. I moved out-of-state back in 2010, therefore had to find a new vet for him (side note: flying Gismo was probably stressful). I've been to 5-6 vets out here (i.e. annual checkups, shots and once for Cali's crappy flea infestation/deworming treatments) and so far they've all been either rude, uncaring and/or aggressive. I know most people would say their pet is the best, but my baby Gismo IS the sweetest being one could ever meet (EVERYONE - including those who hate cats or even allergic to cats - love him)! So you can imagine how I felt when he's not getting the attention he is used to and deserves. Another side note: Gismo is currently sick at 15 years of age and I believe I finally found a comparable place to ACC so I'm thankful (hopefully he gets better asap). WHY DO I GIVE SUCH A HIGH/GOOD RATING? In November 2014, I decided to DRIVE 2,000+ miles back to IL (avoiding another plane ride for him since I know he actually likes car rides) so he could have a visit with my great vet in Rock Island, IL! That speaks volumes for this company and I want others there to understand how lucky you all are!!! I did not know they changed owners, nor did I read posts on here beforehand and during my visit NOTHING HAD CHANGED (I did not notice any difference from all the years I had been there). My cat was 16 years old and suffering from terminal kidney failure and there was nothing that could be done to save her... She had a great, long, happy life however, and I appreciate the assistance that the entire staff of the Animal Care Clinic provided to help me make my cat's final few days as comfortable and peaceful as possible....

He was unable to stand or even walk. Most recently after surgery at ISU she helped to bring him back to where he not only stands but walks and even jogs a bit! I can only thank Dr Taylor and Joan for this wonderful rehabilitation and spread the word to others who may not know that therapies are available beyond your traditional vet. When we experience health issues, broken bones, bad joints, or undergo surgical procedures, we're not simply sent home from the hospital; we undergo physical therapy and assistance to recuperate and get the most benefit from our treatment, why shouldn't our furry loved ones not receive the same benefits from therapy?!

Dr. Milas came in to give us the news that our sweet girl had fluid on the outside of her lungs that was making it hard for her to breathe. She delicately took us through the process of what they'd need to do to find the cause and hopefully treat it. It turns out, the fluid was blood and her chances of coming back from this was not likely. We had to make the heartbreaking decision to let our girl go. We cannot thank Dr. Milas enough for her candor + empathy through this sudden + unexpected experience. We were able to stay with our girl til the end + say goodbye which is a rarity given Covid. We were treated tenderly the entire time by a Doctor + staff who genuinely love animals. This was our first experience with City Line and although it was a sad one - I would not hesitant to go back if we ever need to with our other pup, Charlie. Thank you, Dr. Milas + City Line, for making the most of a horrible day. We won't forget it. RIP Sweet Liberty.

The staff are so friendly and welcoming! They are gentle and loving with my pet…read more I like that they have multiple ways to communicate (text, email, or call). They are always able to get me in on short notice when there's an emergency. They also do not charge a ridiculous amount of money for visits. I had to bring my cat in multiple times over the past few weeks, and they only charged me for one visit. There are also specific rooms for cats and dogs. The cat room has feliway to help calm the animal's nerves. There is also a cat tree! Overall a great vet!
