Here's the majority of interactions we've had with Klemick over the past year: *Locating a place - Virginia kindly gave us a lift to show the house we're currently in. It's been a good fit and we're happy with our choice. *Inspections - An awkward and invasive practice, but fairly painless through Klemich. They organized convenient times and came and left without a fuss. *Water heater burst - A torrent of water was running alongside the house and down the lane. Virginia promptly organized a repairperson who came nighttime and replaced the tank. *Leaky shower - This small repair was fixed in a timely fashion. They keep a key to your house. If it suits you the repairperson can pick up the keys from Klemich and do the repair with zero hassle to you. *We broke our lease - I'm moving to Sydney at the end of the month for work. There was one month left on our lease. They were understanding and Pipi has been very helpful in working to get our place rented out ASAP. In summary, we've found them to be a professional mob. They keep good communication. I've got plenty of trust in Klemich. Their Kent Town office is handy to town by car. read more
