There is no sales pitch or attitude that you often get from well known flooring companies like carpet court. Michael the owner is straight up. There was a bit of a hick up with the installer, but he made sure it got done and even helped out himself. I couldn't have asked for anything better. A week later I still hadn't heard from anyone so I sent a follow up email. I heard back from someone who wasn't from Mastin electrical, it was some agency that makes bookings for them. He didn't know anything about the product either. For me to find out from someone who knows what they're talking about they want $150 to do a site visit, when every other electrician I've contacted will do a free quote and can give me advise about suitable products over the phone. Service was very poor compared to their competitors.
