As a military family, we've worked with many moving companies over the years, and this was one of the worst experiences we've had. The packing was disorganized, items were packed carelessly, and several belongings were damaged during the move. Most upsetting was that the movers broke my baby's dresser, which doubles as her changing table, leaving us without a changing station. They attempted a quick repair with wood glue, but the piece remains damaged. We also discovered broken artwork that had not been properly wrapped or protected. The damage wasn't limited to our belongings. We moved into a brand-new home, and the movers left dents, drywall damage, scuffs, and markings on walls, stairways, and door frames. They also left cigarette butts, pop bottles, and other trash on the property. After the move, I contacted the company, provided photos, and completed the claim form they sent me. Since then, I have been completely ghosted. Despite the extent of the damage, no one has taken accountability, offered a meaningful resolution, or even apologized for breaking our belongings--including our baby's changing table. Mistakes happen. What separates a good company from a bad one is how they handle those mistakes. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and customer service after the fact has been just as disappointing as the move itself. I cannot recommend this company based on our experience.

He needed to have the vehicle towed to Canton. Henderson Towing & Auto Repair in Oak Park told us it would be $250 and the wait would be 1 hour. Instead, we sat and waited over 2.5 hours with 3 phone calls to obtain an ETA, and got the run around each time. So, using Google I found T&T's Towing. I told the gentleman our situation. He was told the vehicle was also an AWD (because you can only use a flatbed with AWDs), and our location. He gave us a very reasonable price, told us he would be there in 10 minutes, and he was! He held to his word! Upon arriving, he was courteous, got the vehicle loaded onto the flatbed, and delivered it to the repair shop as requested. If I ever need a towing service in the future, I will be calling T&T's Towing.

I have a Toro Timesaver Lawn mower. It is too big too fit in back of my vehicle. I have to rely on…read moreMark's to pick up and deliver. They charge, which is not a big deal. I stopped by in May of 2025 to arrange for maintenanc. They were supposed to pick up the mower within a week, but it took them almost three weeks to pick up, they had "forgotten" about it. Okay, mistakes happen. In November 2025, a part fell off the mower and the mower started to clang, not a good sign. I went to Mark's on November 16th and waited 1/2 hour for my turn in line; not a big deal. I specifically told them that I needed to have the mower repaired before I left for Florida; if I waited until May when I got back, the repair time would be too long and the grass would be unmanageable. They said they would try to finish it before I left because they didn't want to store it till May. They then took a $60.00 deposit plus $1.80 charge for credit card usage. It is now December 12, the mower is still sitting in my garage, they never came. I went to their store today and I was told that they don't start lawnmower repairs till spring. If that was the case, why didn't they say it on November 16, when they took my money? I asked them to refund my deposi. They did, but. To the credit card fee. I wish I could charge them an aggregation fee and a time lost fee for my time. I am going to try tofind a different repair shop in the Spring. They lost both my blower and mower maintenance business. I will only go back to them as a last resort under duress. Be careful in your dealings with them.
