Today I was served by Christopher and Brandon, and I received some of the best customer service that there is in this world. I had a simple request that will not directly resulting in a sale was still treated quickly politely and kindly in an efficient manner. I was treated almost as if I were royalty, despite the fact that my total dollar value of purchases is not much to brag about. My point is, that whether you are coming in for a $20,000 Dimond or $150 cubic zirconium engagement ring you will be treated like you are the best and greatest customer in the world.
