I even contacted the BBB and they were no help in trying to recoup part of my expense. Buyer beware - don't take your clock there for repair.

At first, I was immensely pleased! They gave me a fair price and even got me my ring way faster than they initially quoted me. But then about a month later, my ring cracked all the way through where they cut it to resize it. I brought it back in and they repaired it for free. But then again in December (another 1 month out from repair) the same thing happened again! They repaired it for free once again. But I'm really not sure why it was not repaired fully last time. Not to even mention the rudeness of a couple of the staff members and the lack of knowledge about jewelry the others have. The woman who helped me the second time complimented me on my gem, "I love the sapphire" The gem is blue sandstone. Would not expect her to know that it was sandstone but that it ISN'T sapphire. I'm putting that one on poor training and management. Overall, my experience has been less than ideal and if my ring breaks again, I'll probably just have to shell out money to a competent jeweler.
