Instead of replacing a faulty product, I was told to return them, wait weeks for a gift card, and then repurchase them myself. With the price now higher than when I originally bought them, this would leave me paying an additional $36 out of pocket for a defective item, while also being without running shoes for an extended period. This shifts the responsibility entirely onto the customer, which is not reasonable. I expected far better in both product quality and customer service. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this brand.

I'd recommend people stopping in there. It does get a bit busy there at times since both times I've been there, there was only one person working. But it is worth the wait. They are good at multi-tasking and do their best to get to everyone.
