I was so scared I had been ripped off only because of the Lack of Communication!! I could Not reach anyone through phone or email. It was Very frustrating. I drove up and picked the item up myself because they wouldn't answer me. They have many orders there that nobody have picked up yet and I wonder if it's because they think they have been scammed. I almost didn't pick it up. Just pick your order up and don't expect a reply through email or to talk to a human on the phone. Otherwise, customer service at the warehouse was fine, the warehouse manager gave me his Personal email of I have and issues with the equipment. The website looked great and they sent me an invoice. All professional except for the commication factor.

I contacted Canada Post - they say contact the retailer. I contact seller, they don't reply. Deplorable customer service. I suggest you pay by PayPal and not credit cards, so that when you never receive your item you can dispute the charge and let these scammers get a bad credit hit!

Oiled the chain, friendly, normal prices, and sent me on my way with a new ride. I will be back for spring tune up.
