There is no customer loyalty when it comes to returning items. They don't listen they don't care it's all about the mighty dollar. I have discussed with them on several occasions products that were not suitable for me and they were not willing to refund it because they have a policy of 30 days and therefore once it's over the 30 days you are out of luck they train the staff very well to disengage with customers when it comes to returning product. their prices are quite high and as I said, there is zero loyalty, never mind the pests they have in the store that I've seen in the past and kept to myself until this moment. However, further research showed that TBF was open, and closer to where we are visiting. So, everyone else was busy doing other things, so I headed down by myself to go take a look. I'm looking for yarn and tools to knit myself slipper-socks and mittens, and souvenir yarns. It doesn't look that big a place from the front of the shop, but it's long and narrow, with plenty of yarn and inspiration in it! When I walked in, the shop clerk was sitting at a table, knitting, watching for clients. She put her project down right away, and helped me find what I needed (good thing I had brought the book with me!) And as I've just finished knitting a pair of socks, I needed a new project, so I asked if she could wind the yarn up for me, which she did. It's a lovely shop! If I lived closer, I'd take time to sit and knit there on a regular basis. PS: the clerk told me that they've been open only since June 1st! Bravo and kudos!! Good luck too!
