This shop offers such a huge selection of gorgeous crystals & gemstones in all sizes, shapes and price ranges! I came here in search of a Christmas gift for a developing intuitive, & I really needed guidance on which stunning thing would be best to help her in her journey. Kari took the time to point me in the direction of specific gemstones for intuition & third eye opening. Everything here is organized so beautifully, that it was easy to sense which piece I was drawn to. Once I made a choice, Kari even told me what country my chosen crystal came from, & suggested ways for my friend to use it. She also made an excellent point - that each person will be drawn to the piece that energetically is what they need. So I decided that my friend should also experience that feeling of being drawn to a piece, & got her a gift card as well. Kari packaged the crystal with a card describing its benefits, with the gift card in its own holder, in a thoughtful drawstring bag to give my friend. While Kari was wrapping it up, a couple of other customers walked in to browse & pick out things. It was such a warm & fuzzy energy among everyone in the store! There was so much energy in that space that I felt a little high as I walked out haha. I definitely need to come back for something for myself! Originally found KM when my regular West LA shoppe was closed for holidays. My husband and I received a warm welcome from Kari, her partner, and Gypsy, and we had so much fun laughing and learning with them. The vibe is completely relaxing yet SO exciting to be around such wonderful treasures (humans and dog included!) It's surprising that the modest storefront could offer such a diverse selection inside. I'm very drawn to Earth's gems and crystals but naive when it comes to understanding nuances of her magic, but Kari and partner readily shared their knowledge and expertise. Today I just happened to be a few shops down so popped in to just say "Hi," and ended up having lots of laughs, and Gypsy pets that are so healing. I left with an Angelite bracelet, because I liked the color, and was amazed when Kari brought out some tuning forks and gently circled the bracelet to "clear" it before I left. I thought that was so cool and it encouraged me to scour YouTube to learn more when I got home. Thanks for the enlightened experience, Kari and Gypsy. Wow! What can I say? We brought our 6 year old grandson (Future Geologist) here because he wanted some "rocks". He is infatuated with rocks and crystals. When we first walked in, his eyes were so big! He said "It's beautiful here"! We walked around for about 10 minutes. The owner was so very nice. We bought about 6 heart shaped rocks. And the best part ever; the owner gave my grandson 2 rocks as a gift! Oh!! You should have seen his face! He couldn't believe it! Even my husband commented on that! My grandson said this store is a "rock paradise"! He calls me every day and asks me if I have gone back and bought him the "rock angels" for his upcoming birthday at the end of August! I cannot wait to go back and get his some! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my grandson so very happy!!! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!! read more

What a place. You feel that good positive energy as soon as you walk in. The owner was so cool. Friendly, personable and most of all knowledgeable. My family has had a rough year. This is the best crystal and mineral shop in LA County. They have large, beautiful specimens at what are honestly very reasonable prices, including ones you can normally only find at old fashioned mining shops in the mountains. It's hard to find a great rock shop in LA, largely because most merchants here are primarily spirituality stores to appeal to the new age demographic. No disrespect if that's your thing (the owner of KM Crystals will be happy to tell you about the spiritual properties of your purchases if you please), but it's nice to set foot in an establishment that also appreciates the geologic aspect of crystals, and also sells types that you won't find as easily elsewhere. The owner is delightful and has plenty of fun stories about Hawaii. Street parking is easy to find. read more
