I haven't had a service done here so this review is not about that…read more I came in to ask if I could do a quick acne injection and they were fully booked for the day so I opted to come in the next day. Front desk mentioned a deposit was needed and I was happy to pay that, but then she said that I might as well pay the full amount while I'm there. So I paid the full amount for the service. Something came up the next day and it wouldn't have been worth injecting a zit days later. So I called to cancel and am then told they couldn't refund me. I can still come in and get the service done any time, but since it was for a one time acne lesion, I won't really be needing it. Plus I work at a nearby med spa and was only in the area. It would have been nice if someone told me upfront that if I cancelled, my money would be kept. Especially because I understand that being the case for the deposit, but I was encouraged to pay the full amount and all of it was kept. Of course I couldn't dispute the charge because it's in their fine print... A little upfront honesty and clarity would have gone a long way though.

I had laser treatment performed on my entire face, including around my eyes. After the procedure, I developed severe post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation under both eyes. I was verbally told there was only a possibility of small hyperpigmentation spots, not extensive dark discoloration covering the entire under-eye area. I will admit that I did not thoroughly read all of the paperwork I signed. However, if I had fully understood that this could be a possible outcome, I never would have agreed to the procedure. I now look worse than I did before the treatment, which has been incredibly distressing and the emotional impact of this experience has been far greater than I was prepared for. I returned for follow-up appointments and was repeatedly assured that results can take up to 90 days. Unfortunately, at the 90-day mark, there was still no meaningful improvement. I contacted the spa again via text message, which had been our primary form of communication, and sent photos showing the condition of my eyes after 90 days. I never received a response. I strongly encourage anyone considering this treatment to fully research the potential risks and make sure they clearly understand all possible side effects before proceeding.

I am so happy I found Mediavilla esthetics , Karen is one of the best beauty professionals I have ever met. She made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in, she explained with great detail what to expect , allowed me to ask questions, everything about her office exudes excellence. She performed ombre eyebrows for me and stretch mark camouflage Brazilian tattoo. Both Procedures were painless and all I had to do was relax and allow her to perform her work. I can't believe I didnt get both of these procedures done sooner. My eyebrows look amazing, I don't have to worry about filling them when I have to run out of the house. As far as my stretch marks, I had stretch marks on my lower stomach from 3 pregnancies and I cannot believe the camouflage tattoo made them disappear.I honestly wish I knew about this sooner. Vibrant Skin Boutique will definitely be booking up quickly as more people find out about these incredible services. Victoria smashes the walls between services and redefines what it means to get a facial. Have you ever gotten a facial and hoped that it wasn't just 100% about your face? Or gotten a facial that came with a little arm squeezing that was so mediocre that it made you question the facial itself? How about a facial that was just a steam wand and someone else washing and moisturizing your face? None of that here... I booked an enzyme facial with Victoria during her grand opening. She tailored the facial to my needs and since there was a bonus deal, she added in a 30 minute LED session. This is a new business but she's not a new esthetician for those uncertain about visiting something that seems "new". Services are in a medical spa - in a clean office with secured parking. The facial started by getting cozy and relaxed on the bed. She had blankets and pillows to get super comfortable. She used soothing cleansers and various masks, letting me know what things were before she used each item. There were a few tingly items but nothing was too uncomfortable. I think she blended some masks together based on my skin, too. Each application felt like a face massage, too. I felt like she used 40 different things on my face but I'm probably exaggerating - it was just all amazing and I felt super pampered! The add on LED session was cool. I'm not sure it's something that I "see" the results of immediately but I'd do it again! I had an LED session somewhere else and felt...a little claustrophobia or dizziness with the constant light, even though eyes were closed and i had covers on. The LED that Victoria used (which pulsed bright to do) was so awesome and did not give me any weird side effects. Throughout the LED session, she did an incredible body work session, targeting my sore neck, upper back, arms, and legs. I really hope she continues to do this combo! I left feeling like I had gotten a massage, a facial, and felt overall refreshed. Highly recommend!

Ranosha did a great job with my eyebrows. She reshaped them a little more curvy because the original shape made me look angry. She also reshaded them dark brown instead of black because after four years, my initial eyebrow shading had faded to gray. She does such a great job and I really like how everything turned out. I am also very happy with her pricing because I believe it is fair. What you see in her advertisement is what you get. You don't pay anything more.
