The location is in a great section of Old Torrance that's easy to get to with plenty of parking in the underground garage. The spa is always clean and the staff is welcoming. My Ultimate Facial today with Jess was amazing! My skin is glowing from the Eminence products and the whole service was so relaxing. I fell asleep at least once. On top of being an amazing esthetician, Jess is also very easy to talk with and made me feel comfortable right away. Top notch on the customer service from start to finish. I went a month ago, and it was amazing! I wanted to see the long-term effects of my skin before reviewing it, and the results did not disappoint. The staff is extremely kind, and Charlotte helped me with my facial! She was very knowledgeable and assessed my skin issues perfectly. I had an AMAZING facial with Charlotte. It had been a long time since I had one, and I was struggling with both breakouts and dehydrated/dry skin. Charlotte did a great job analyzing my skin and sharing that she would work on both exfoliating my skin to get rid of the dry skin and hydrating. She then explained every step of the facial and what she was putting on my face, which I really appreciated. She also gave a full-on upper body massage!!!
