Even my mom would watch cooking shows and other programming, so there is something for everyone. I truly hope PBS continues to receive funding and is around for future generations.

As the ages present in my household changed so did the viewing of programs. My husband has been a fan of This Old Housr and Ask This Old House. I have spent countless hours glued to the TV watching Antique Roadshow and NOVA. Of course we have also enjoyed a variety of Great Performances and even get a kick out of watching The Lawrence Welk Show remakes. PBS has programs for all ages. I recommend checking out the offerings by your PBS station and see if you too can find at least one show of interest to you. If you have the means I also recommend making a donation to support Public Broadcasting Service.

A real person. Very nice and listened when I asked him to take a pic, he pointed to his body guard to give my sidekick phone to him for the pic! He smiled w us and threw up a peace sign. He was nice. He watched us walk away. lol. But he was really next to me in the store shopping for jeans at the same time next to each other! Only difference was he had a lv backpack full of money and I had a purse.

We got Twilight Zone Marathons, movies like Swamp Thing & Big Foot, and B movie galore... The First time I got to see The Last American Virgin & Valley Girl was on KTLA. Yes before reality & boobgate, tv could be cheezy, but it sure was fun living through it. So I may be getting older, but I was lucky enough to live in a generation that was allowed a semblance of innocence .... Most of those innuendos in the shows of long ago went right over my head as a kid... Good times were had. As an adult in the mid 90's I spent my mornings watching the KTLA morning news, Carlos, Barbara, Mark & Sam Ruben started off my day with humor. I realize times change & things have to evolve , it reminds me of something Henry Winkler said once in an interview when asked if he believed television would ever go back to those Happy Days, and he said that things would turn back when the public was ready (paraphrasing), it's been a long wait but I've seen a bit of a shift, have you?
