Doing this for years! When I picked them up, I gave my receipt and paid the amount that was put on the tag. When I counted my change. I was short, so I told the clerk. He retrieved my receipt with the proper price. But-----there was a second receipt with an added cost written in ink. When I questioned him. He said, "Oh, the alterations added more, because of the fabric." What? This was NOT his fault. I was not in real need of the short of change. I was furious that the alterations person had the Gaul to pull that scam! ! I have not heard from them and will never go back there. They cheat! So go, if you want, but be aware.
