The next day I emailed her the documents in the morning and did not hear back, I was concerned because I had just a week to serve and file the proof of service, so at the end of the day I called, she was very rude on the phone, asked if I had sent the files, I told her I did, but would send again just in case and asked her to call/email or text if she received or not. Did not hear from her till next day so I called again and she said that she received and would take a look.
