They have an awesome relaxation area. I went for my appt, they brought me to changing area and then off I went to the relaxation area prior to my facial. When it was my appt time, a woman popped her head in and called my name. I was brought to a private, dark and quiet hallway so already I was impressed. They had warm tables and pillows for under your knees for comfort. The facial was amazing and she also did my hands and put them in warming gloves and then did my feet too. This is all just part of the facial. After my appt I was brought back to the relaxation room where I was offered champagne and other options but it was my bday so I went for the champagne. I probably stayed in the room for 40 minutes. The woman who worked in the relaxation room and other areas was so nice I ended up tipping her as well as my facialist. I will definitely go back and try to get a later appt vs 9am so I can go to Brownwood for a nice lunch!!

I have been searching for a massage therapist in the Leesburg area for years. I finally found the one - Jill Troutman at Kneading You Massage. Not only was the massage very, very relaxing, upon my inquiries, she was able to knowledgeably explain different methods, why certain pressures are used, how a massage (done right) is a way to keep your body "tuned up", and she was just a very nice person in general. The massage waiting room and treatment room, were both very calming, clean, and welcoming. I will certainly continue to schedule with her, as well as refer others her way. Thank you Jill. read more

A man looking to be in his 60's walked in behind me. He asked me if I was there for a massage. I said yes. He told me to fill out the paperwork. I wasn't sure if he was the owner or what. He never introduced himself, he was wearing a long sleeve shirt, shorts sunglasses on his head and crocks, looked like he was ready for a day of fishing. He took me back to the room and told me to use the table farthest from the door. Weird but ok. When the person giving me my massage entered the room I looked up to see who it was. It was the same guy. I decided not to judge and he started giving me my massage. I became uncomfortable very quickly, as the "massage" was more of a sensual rub. At first I thought maybe he was just feeling to see where my tension spots were, but as time went on it became apparent to me that isn't what was happening. I told him I'm done, and he asked what he did, and I said I need to be done with this. He left the room and a lady came knocking on the door. I said I will be out in a minute. She kept saying she can finish my massage and I said no I would like to leave. When I went up to the counter, I asked to see the certificate that was hanging on the wall as I wanted to take a picture of it, and the woman refused my request. I said excuse me but what just went on in the room was not a massage by a professional massage therapist. I have a right to know if this person is licensed. She waved the certificate in my face and then hung it back up. I told her if she didn't let me see the certificate I was calling the police. I called the police. While on the phone with the officer, he said that he couldn't make her let me take a picture of the certificate, but that it wasn't illegal for me to do so. He said open your camera and zoom in and see if you can get a picture. When I did this the woman grabbed me and tried wrestling my phone out of my hand then ran to the front door and stood in front of it and wouldn't let me go. The cop was on his way and the man that gave me a massage came up to the front when he heard what was going on. He asked me what he did wrong. I said I scheduled an appointment for a deep tissue massage. I told him he never introduced himself to me, by what he was wearing I never thought he was going to be giving me a massage, I thought maybe he was the owner for all I knew, and the "massage" he was giving me was more of a sensual rub. He said "oh, I didn't even know that you wanted a deep tissue massage." I said "that's a much bigger issue! Why would you go into someone's room to give them a massage and not know what they were there for?! That makes this even more sketchy!" The woman finally let me go wait outside when I pointed to the cameras above the counter and said the police will be looking at the footage. It is illegal to grab someone and hold someone against their will. The police came and he asked me what happened and went in to review the camera footage. He asked me if I wanted to press charges and I said I just want to get out of here. I'm not injured. He stated that we needed to fill out statements anyways and then a couple minutes later said he had to make a call and then told me I didn't have to write a statement. Do not go here, there is something very sketchy going on! These reviews are from awhile ago, Annie isn't there anymore, it's just this crazy lady and weird/sketchy guy. I feel disgusted and violated.

Then a friend recommended Christi-Lee. I made an appointment and at the first session, she listened to all of my issues and asked good questions and was really interested in helping me feel better. Her massages are targeted to your body and your issues. She communicates and asks questions as she is doing her work, and at no time wants you to feel uncomfortable or hurting. I've scheduled several more massages with her and will continue to do so. She's a great person and very knowledgeable in her profession.

My right leg and hip have been hurting me, so I assumed that she would concentrate on that area. I was very specific about the muscles that were involved. However, she spent the first half hour on my upper back and shoulders. When I questioned her, she said that it's all connected. She spent almost no time on the area that was actually hurting me. I would have to say that if you want a light back rub, she might be okay for that. But if you want something that is actually "therapeutic", go to someone else. I can't even recommend the business, because they don't stand behind their therapists since they are all independent contractors. Stay away from this business.
