I was so eager to find a new esthetician, as I just moved here. It's a cute place, nice staff, but the facial was o.k. at best. Very basic...clean, exfoliate, mask, arm massage. The towels weren't warm, the esthetician did not even look at my skin or ask what I was currently using, or, if I was on medications. (careless) Didn't offer suggestions as to what I could do to improve my skin and didn't even suggest using SPF. I've been getting incredible facials every month for years, and I'm a licensed Esthetician myself. I was very disappointed and cannot recommend Renew Day Spa. read more

First time visiting this business. They have a salon and offer many different services I made an appointment for a 60min massage and a seasonal facial. The day before I received a text to remind me of my appointment. Upon arriving, I was greeted by a friendly staff. Everyone was professional and courteous. My mom and I had a delightful time at Renew Day Spa. I enjoyed a 1 hour massage from Kim, and got a haircut from Korrin. I was offered a variety of drinks right away and sipped on an ice cold glass of water in a chilled glass while I waited a few moments in the lounge. The facilities were clean, comfortable and professional. The massage was so needed and excused with the upmost care - can't wait to go for another one on my next visit. I later found out they offer many kinds of massage including special care for fibromyalgia and arthritis sufferers. My haircut was good and rather quick. Korrin was great at communicating with me and took the time to understand what I wanted. She trimmed my bangs dry which I find can have mixed results when you don't normally blow dry your hair. Overall she did a great job refreshing my base haircut "swoopy bangs and medium length" look. My moms cut looked adorable as well. Reserving through Yelp was easy and saved time so I was able to enjoy more vacation and communicate when it was convenient for me. read more

My mom lives near Leesburg and I wanted to get her a massage for Mother's Day. I live in WA state so I looked online for a nice spa to book at. I scheduled her online but called to see if I could prepay with tip so that all she needed to do was show up and relax. They were super helpful and let me know she could reschedule if the time I chose didn't work. She rescheduled a day or two before her massage since there's a charge for changing within a certain time of the appt. She ended up rescheduling to an earlier time on the day I chose. She texted me right after saying the massage was amazing and she's very particular about massages. She's had several bad ones at other places I tried to book her so I'm relieved I found somewhere amazing and close to her. I plan to book more massages for her at Renew for future gifts. read more

I went first time for hair cut and lash tint. Chrissy did a great job with my hair and price was quite reasonable. Environment was calming and pleasant. Eye lash tint has lasted a long time, my only disappoint was the pricing wasn't adjusted for fact I didn't get lashes permed. Single process to lashes should have been less expensive. My husband went to Christina(e?) first for his haircut. She used to work at Cal's Brownwood before she moved to Renew Day Spa. They have a lovely location in downtown Leesburg (also in Pinellas now) - it's nice to get out of the bubble - which compares favorably to my favorite salon in Fairfax, VA at half the price. With Christina as my stylist. Just had a cut, color, and foil done and I look great. Nice massage shampoo because, well, that's another reason to go to a salon. She really knows how to style for your hair type, and the color is as you request it. She is fun, quick, and knows what she's doing. The acid test is - Does the cut look good when you style it? Well, I let my hair air dry and it looks great. My husband did not want me to post this because he said it would get too hard to book. OH well. read more

I cannot say enough about this place. From the moment I contacted them I worked with Tim to set up a couples spa day for my fiancé and I. We scheduled it for Valentine's Day and it was absolutely amazing. The staff were very attentive and accommodating. The food that was served for lunch was great. Our day had started out pretty stressful but when we were done with our spa treatments I can say the stress had definitely been lifted. Today, my friends planned a surprise spa day for my birthday at Renew, and it was the perfect day! The owners, staff and services were incredible. This was the perfect birthday gift! We had a private lounge, delicious lunch from Gourmet To Go, and relaxing and renewing services. We had such a great time, so much so we have booked the same type of day in October as our girls' day. I made an appointment for noon. I received a call while on my way. My stylist was running around 15 minutes late on a color appointment. I was asked to wait in my car for a phone call. At 12:35, after hearing nothing, I went into the salon only to find the stylist was working on cutting long hair not a color job. I was told it would be 15 minutes more. Well this is how it started well at first and receptionist was very nice she give me water and she was very friendly, the lady that gave me shampoo and massage in my hands was very nice as well she was making sure that I was comfortable.
