The lady who was working with us was helpful and arranged a centerpiece for our dining table. Probably not a store for kids as this is mostly just grown up home decor stuff. We were allowed to bring in our dog on the condition we carried her which was no problem for us (she is well behaved and prefers being carried anyways). They do not accept returns so be prepared to love what you buy because you own it. We will be back in the future for sure.

When roaming the store, I would've loved to see more "Franklin" and local apparel - of course they have a good selection of items but I saw lots of "Brentwood" and "Columbia" items and not a lot of Franklin and Nashville which I think would be beneficial for them as they are in the Factory in Franklin. Usually love their young friendly staff but went earlier in the week and had an odd interaction with an older woman at the register who made a weird comment about my shirt. She also seemed to have no clue what she was doing when trying to ring me up. Her colleague had to help her but I literally stood there for 30 minutes JUST TO BE CHECKED OUT. Now they do not deliver there anymore. I asked if they deliver to Ravenwood High School... answer: "we can't deliver there today". I said, "but DO you deliver to Ravenwood High School". Answer: "we can't deliver there today". I repeat: "I'm asking you, DO you deliver to Ravenwood High School.". Answer: "We don't need your business." And they hung up. I never got a chance in to say I'm asking for a delivery next Tuesday. Wow. It was some man. Perhaps the owner. Who knows. Maybe they are swamped and stressed out for Prom deliveries.
