What a pleasant experience it was dealing with Enrico. My favorite knife was way over due for a knife sharpening. In fact, I'm not sure it was ever sharpened and was so dull it had become child proof. I also had a little paring knife, which I had dropped several months back and the tip broke off so that was going to get repaired and sharpened. As it explained on the website it there are various drop off points, but it is easiest for me just to go directly to his home location in Paramus. I pulled up and handed over my knives. The next morning, my knives were ready for pick up. I got a fair warning to be very careful as they would be extremely sharp and many don't realize until it's too late. I was so excited to use my knives that I immediately took out a tomato which I had not been able to slice without lots of pressure and a mess for a long time. I couldn't believe the ease of slicing through. I didn't have to apply any pressure and had a beautiful sliced piece. I did end up with a tiny cut on my thumb, even after Enrico's thoughtful warning, but it was so worth it to have these amazing sharp knives. Also for reference he charges by the length of the knife so for my two knives and the tip being repaired, it was only $14.50. Well worth it. Highly highly recommend. read more

Incredible! I bought a new knife, which unfortunately came shipped slightly damaged with a small chip at the tip. However, Enrico was able to perfectly repair the chip to the point where it looked like it was never there to begin with! Not only that, he sharpened this already incredibly sharp Japanese SG2 steel knife so cleanly with absolutely zero scratches! The price was also extremely affordable. There used to be several stores in the area that we could bring our knives to to get sharpened. They are all closed, so I did a search and found Knife Sharpening of Bergen County. They have a bunch of convenient drop off points scattered around Bergen County. I figured it would take a while and be expensive. But I was wrong on booth counts. The owner seems like a really nice guy and said they would be done in a few days. 2 days later I picked them up and the knives and scissors were sharp as new. And for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them and will certainly use them again in the future. read more
