We could not tell what was wrong since no breakers were tripped. I called JB Electric and had them come out and look at it. Ryan came out found that there was still electric reaching the fan and found out that the sensor in the fan had blown. He immediately went out to find a store that had a replacement. He came back shortly put the new remote sensor in and all was good and fine in no time at all. Ryan was friendly and did great work very rapidly. Will I call JB Electric for any electrical problem DEFINITELY YES!

After…read moreputting my faith in them, becoming a subscriber and using them for plumbing help, I have had the following experience: I had a shower that was not draining and we called the Lee Company to come and check it. The initial two technicians who came were very nice, very honest and gave us a fair price for the repair. All that remained was for a person to come and complete the tile work. We were promised and set up an appointment days in advance to have the technician come at 8 AM. I received a call about 10 AM saying they had had a problem with the truck and had to take it back for repair. Understandable. However, at 1 PM still no one had come and no one had called. When my wife called to check, someone said that they had come to the gate of our gated community and did not receive any notice so they went away. They did not try to call me, the gate automatically caused my phone. Being in the hospital, I had nothing to do but answer a phone.. They did not try to call my wife. I am in the hospital having to deal with this stress. I had canceled my subscription with Lee Company once before, due to a concern over high pricing of parts that could be found at 1/3 the price.. This company, and these technicians knew of the predicament my wife and I were in. They did little to make things right. Consequently, the technician is now supposed to come the next day. Never mind that my wife had rearranged her life so that she could come tend to me at the hospital but other things as well so that she could be present when they arrived. This is typical of a fly-by-night company not someone with the reputation that Lee Company supposedly enjoys. Even if you reconfirm appointments, sometimes they don't come and they don't call.

Scheduled an appointment online with this Lee Company to get help with my heating system…read more Appointment was scheduled between 8-10am. Called at 9am to verify tech is coming. Was told absolutely. It's 1:05pm and still no tech. Called and now being told it's been rescheduled for two days out. No phone, no text. Just 5 hours of wasted time. I'd get any other company besides this one. You'll be wasting your time with Lee Company.

Excellent work…read more Had an issue at one location with a neighbor while he was working, he even handled that conflict for me. Can't say enough about him and his team. He knows his stuff. Relatable. Always in communication, of he's late he will tell you. I trusted this guy, wasn't even home and allowed him to work there without me being there. Can't say that about many of the people I've worked with. The work he did varied from electrical for my security system to fixing my ring doorbell that I messed up. LOL.

This company is unrelibable and ripped us off. Took them over 3 weeks to fix both our furnances…read more Then only 1 got fixed, had to order another part for thre upstairs. After another week without hearing from them, my husband fixed it himself. We were told by the woman in the office that the parts, service charge and workers' charge would be $500. We got a bill for $710. I called to see why it was more than quoted. Was told only the owner, Joe could answer that, but he never called. I called back several times and he was never in the office. Didn't pay the bill for 3 months because I was still waiting for his call, he didn't seem too concerned. He was also supossed to come give us an estiment on new furnances, he never showed up for that either. So after a month of no heat, and my husband fixing the problem, we were charged $200 more and never did get an explantion. Will NEVER use this company again!!!
