The technician came to my home for a regular check on my a/c and furnace. He did not explain…read moreanything to me and he was there for over 2 hours. When he did speak to me he handed me a notice and said he shut off my the gas to my furnace because it was emitting carbon monoxide into my home. You can't imagine how upsetting this was. He then recommended a salesman from Aire Serv who could come out immediately. It was a scam! Aire Serv tried to overcharge me by$12,800 for a new a/c & furnace. I got a second opinion and my furnace was operating within normal standards and the unit I bought cost me less than $10,000. Aire Serv attempted to get me to make an overpriced, emotional decision. I recommend others avoid them.
