Most recently, I took my 2020 Chrysler 300S to Steve for sorting out after getting it back from Gastonia CJDR with a number of minor issues that weren't properly corrected as requested, along with being given insufficient commentary/excuses. Steve kept the car for a couple of days, making sure everything was done right. 300S now drives properly, starts, idles and accelerates properly, with better fuel mileage according to the dash instrument MPG display. I corrected the headlamp aiming myself before taking 300 to Steve as I knew this was a subjective matter. I now grin bigger than ever every time I drive 300! Far from the first time I've gone to an independent shop to get a vehicle under warranty corrected by someone competent. This is the first Mopar product I've purchased since 1985 for that reason. The last GM product was purchased in 1981 for the very same reasons. Wishing Steve continued success and look forward to doing business with him for years to come.
