The quote was reasonable and he said he'd be here the next day, so I took him up on his offer. To his credit, the 2 trees were cut down and the 3rd tree was trimmed within 2 days. However, it has been over 2 months of abysmal communication trying to figure out when he will be back to grind the stumps from the trees he cut down as well as clean up additional debris. When I was able to get a hold of him, he'd say he would be here on a certain day and then he wouldn't show up and won't respond to messages.

These guys were out at my house last Thursday... it was COLD... and they worked non-stop from 9:30…read moream - 9 pm. They are extremely nice & courteous! At one point my husband and I were outside giving them hot chocolate and we offered to give them their money right then. He said no, that he would get it when they're done. They completely removed two dead trees & ground up the stumps as well. We have two more trees that need to be removed, but since it's close to Christmas those will have to wait. I made sure that my husband got their contact information so that we could use them in the future. To say that I highly recommend this company is a complete understatement! As far as I'm concerned- we won't be looking any where else when it comes to this type of service!!!

Doesn't follow solicitation laws, leaving no paperwork for work to be done. Gets paid and leaves the job unfinished, with no way to contact. $2000 for a 50ft(estimated​) silver maple that he was supposed to cut to the ground. Left chippings absolutely everywhere and never cleaned up. Now I'm stuck cleaning up his mess and I have to pay someone else to take care of the 15' eyesore in my yard. ​
