I requested cut, split wood 20 inches or more in length as I need that to span the length of the grate in my woodburning insert. This woman assued me over and over that she could fill my order. As of today. Dec 6, she has not filled this order. If, as a business, you cant deliver, You should be honest enough to say so. This woman has jerked me around for 4 months... Work was barely started, only a few hours one day, never came back and completed the work. Our yard was left a mess with damages to our property. He asked for more money weeks later, then ghosted me. I pleaded for over a week, nearly daily, for communication on when he would return. I didn't get a single response back after I was being kind and understanding for nearly a month.
