Even though we have a 1-year warranty, he offered to fix the issues only if I repurchased all the tiles and materials again and paid 1/2 of the labor costs. He also showed up at our home smelling like a certain notorious smoke, which I'll not name here. My daughter and I, both witnessed him and a female companion, smoking a certain notorious product in their SUV. I'll be taking him small claims court.

The siding he replaced on our house is falling off and warped after barely two years. His attempts to fix it made it worse and now he is refusing to refund us. We had two independent contractors come out and verified everything was done incorrectly and poorly. Nick also only employees people who are not qualified for the job and do not speak English so you cannot communicate with them. Nick was rude to me and refused to listen when issues were raised. I payed this company in August to start my driveway. They were quick to cash my down payment. I was calling daily for an update to see when my drive way would be completed. I called at 3pm that day and spoke with Marybeth at the office. That was a terrible experience too! So I contacted the owner(Scott Sambrook). Boy what a joke!!! I can't believe he is the owner of anything. He could not even make a plan to get my small driveway done. So he promised that there was a crew coming to start my driveway on November 2. They showed up and removed my asphalt added a curtain drain. They did not bring any process material to fill and flatten my driveway let alone Marybeth said the whole job would be finished in 2 days. The driveway now is totally unusable. They also have a D- RATING ON BBB. I wish I knew before hiring this wannabe contractor. If you are using this company STOP!
