Then they gave me a quote. I scheduled a date and time for the move. The guys showed up with a big truck on the day of the move. They were friendly and assured me that the items will be loaded and moved safely. They handled the statues with care and carried them to the backyard and placed them where I wanted. The whole process was smooth and the movers were genuinely willing to help. Their moving costs were pretty reasonable. I am glad that I found reliable help with my moving needs. During the move, my walls were dented and damaged, my door was damaged, my couches and chairs were damaged, my $1,500 Frame TV was damaged, and several other furniture items were damaged as well. What made the situation even more frustrating was the company's response afterward. I documented the damages and provided photos, but the manager only offered a $750 credit for the TV while refusing to take responsibility for many of the other damages. I am still left paying approximately $1,400 for the move, plus the cost of repairing my walls and replacing or repairing damaged furniture. The company also claimed that my furniture was wrapped during the move, which is simply not true. None of my furniture was wrapped by their crew. Only my TVs were covered with blankets when they were picked up. Instead of working toward a fair resolution, I was told through text message that the $750 was the most they would do. Moving into a new home should be exciting, not stressful and expensive because of preventable damage. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

BEST INDOOR STORAGE!! We moved out of our 10x15 storage unit yesterday that was our furniture's…read moretemporary home and now that we are unpacked, I'd like to report that all our belongings are in perfect shape! Our realtor recommended Guardian Storage but before booking a unit, I price checked it. (The website was fancy so I thought it would be too pricey.) The price was totally in line (even cheaper) than other outfits that I checked...(note, Guardian does not have outdoor units, which is not what we wanted - we had to store two fridges, washer, dryer, and we did not want them to get "funky" in a hot outdoor storage unit. Low and behold, they did not have any funk smell!) The facility is SUPER clean. The locks are these cool little gadgets...but you have to buy that separately. There was plenty of space for our large moving truck. The owner (who is super nice and helpful) keeps moving dollies, carts, and such on site - so that's helpful.
