To begin with, the claim that a faulty inventory list was provided is completely false. From the start, it was made abundantly clear that the job required two trips with a 26-foot truck, yet your team insisted on a smaller 20-foot truck. This decision, against our clear instructions, was the root cause of the inefficiency and chaos that followed. It wasn't a misunderstanding--it was a refusal to listen, which directly led to the disastrous outcome. Your crew arrived late and demonstrated a level of unpreparedness that was shocking. It took them over 90 minutes just to load a washer and dryer, and they continually took breaks, further slowing the process. By the time additional workers arrived, the damage was already done--the move dragged on past midnight, leaving my elderly parents completely exhausted and overwhelmed. Regarding the damage to our property, while you state that repairs were made, the truth is that the table is now unstable and will never be as sturdy as it once was. We also witnessed your crew dragging a couch without its legs, resulting in extensive scratches on the floor. These are not minor inconveniences; they are lasting damages that cannot be fully rectified. The photos I've attached provide clear evidence of the harm caused by your team. It's disheartening that instead of accepting responsibility, you've attempted to shift blame. Furthermore, we have still not received the insurance documentation necessary to file a claim for these damages. This ongoing delay feels intentional and only deepens our frustration. It's difficult to view this as anything other than an attempt to avoid accountability. The final cost of the move, which ballooned to 150% of the original quote, is another major issue. While you claim that you didn't charge for extra workers, the inefficiency of your crew caused the move to take far longer than it should have, leading to an inflated cost. This was not a fair or professional experience by any measure. This entire ordeal has been an absolute nightmare, and the dishonesty in your response is unacceptable. We placed our trust in your company, and you failed us completely. Moving Hearts has shown a total lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for its customers. So pleased with Moving Hearts. I requested full moving service. Hogan and Cameron W came out to look at what needed to be moved to give me a quote. The other company did not do this and their cost was more than twice as much. Arrived exactly when they said they would. They were very careful and considerate of my things and went over and above to help get rest of my things packed. They were polite, courteous and hard workers. I will have another move in the near future and wouldn't consider using anyone else. I like that this company is veteran owned. This is a young company, but well deserving of your business.
