They brought music and items for games and helped us to have a really great time! It is EXHAUSTING running around in those balls. I took away a star because the balls kept losing air and needed to be refilled after games. The guys said they get new balls annually, so some of them were showing age I guess. This was…read morethe first time I've actually ever needed to rent something on my own and it went pretty smoothly I'd say. Ended up ordering 30 regular brown chairs, and an assortment of 7 tables. They had everything I needed that I found on the website. The lady who I dealt with on the phone was extremely nice and patient with me. My event was for a Saturday and they could only deliver the Friday before because they were busy the day I needed. I was told they'd pick them up the following Monday, but they didn't come until Tuesday. That's obviously not a big deal but if something were to have happened would I have been liable? Lastly, honestly they would have been 5 stars had I not had to spend 48 dollars just for their delivery fee. That's absurd in my opinion. I understand it's probably (I'm hoping) for gas, but that's still crazy.
