Overall, I was treated with respect and kindness. On top of all this, the total cost was very affordable and Victor was very fair in making adjustments when he wasn't satisfied with the results (although he spent hours working on the dents and got them 95% of the way there). I brought my vehicle to this shop for PDR. my vehicle was gone for 2 months, zero communication…read moreunless I reached out first, and that if I could get someone to answer. finally get my vehicle back and it looked good until I started looking closer, I have multiple scratches that were not there when I handed my vehicle off. parts I had to tighten down myself because the shop failed to do it properly, and multiple paint chips on my doors and tailgate. the interior was full of this awful dust that was never cleaned up upon completion of my vehicle. Parts that were supposed to be replaced that were never replaced. The clear coat over the paint they re did was done poorly as there is dried droplets of resin or whatever was used as a clear coat.The dents that were fixed were done phenomenally, but the small details the company failed tremendously . I called to resolve these issues never got an answer or any response. the only reason I do t pursue this company from a legal standpoint is because I quote literally do not have the time, and I refuse to deal with them again.
