They came out and gave me a free estimate and quoted me a very reasonable rate to dismantle and haul out some unwanted items left behind by the previous owners of the house. They were on time, didn't change the quoted fee once they were here, very respectful and careful to not damage any walls or property. I cannot recommend them highly enough! I have owed Knockout Junk a review or two for a while now, and it is time to give them credit. If you have stuff you are trying to get rid of, I cannot recommend more using Knockout Junk. My family and I have used them twice in the past year, as we move out older stuff to make way for the new. First, I know what you want to hear about: price. Well, I would consider our family to be on the middle-class spectrum, and we cannot afford hefty fees to haul junk away. Knockout Junk has the best pricing system in the industry, especially compared with their more larger competitors' pricing. They are reasonable, easy to work with, and their prices just can't be beaten. They are also extremely reliable. Knockout Junk does not give you an eight-hour time window. No sir! When they tell you they will be there, then there they are. They were on-time for both pickups, and they removed everything in a matter of minutes. And then, of course, they care about their community. Knockout Junk donated a lot of their time and efforts over Thanksgiving as an opportunity to give back to the Douglas County Task Force. For a bag of nonperishable food items, they heavily discounted their already low fees to entice folks to give back to the community. We love Knockout Junk (if you couldn't already tell). We still have a lot of junk that we are slowly moving out of our basement and attic and, be assured, when everything is in place, we will call Knockout Junk again and again.
