First woman to take vitals was wonderful! Pleasant and answered questions. Female doctor came I with mask under nose and I felt like I was a bother to her. Rushed to get out so fast that I realized I never asked questions I had! I will not return. Thank goodness I checked the phone number they had for me to let me know about a test I took. Oh she said I guess it was a typo. I would not have gotten my results. Manner means something! After waiting longer than seemed necessary since it was nearly empty, it was evident the doctor did not want to be there. Now looking for answers about meds online! Dr. Scott took me that same day and helped put my mind at ease and answered any questions that I had. He also urged me to come in once my quarantine was over to get checked out and make sure I'm all good. I'm very grateful and will certainly be coming back here for the foreseeable future.

I waited 10-15 minutes and she never assisted me. This is a frequent problem in the medical field-one employee is forced to do both-answer phone calls and assist patients because the office is poorly managed and must not have the money to pay another employee to assist with patient calls. The employee did not seem to care I was on the phone for so long.

I'm an RN and when I see a patient, I introduce myself and try to make them feel comfortable and welcomed. Maybe smile?? They all look so miserable. Dr. Monsef for some reason appears to be annoyed that I'm there, as if I'm a waste of time or something? Maybe he's used to more chronically ill patients. He looks at me like I'm crazy when I tell him my complaints. I've never felt so uncomfortable at a doctors office before. I'll never go back.

I wanted a full body exam because of many moles and bumps, but she only looked at the most evident. She is not friendly and made me wait 30 minutes before coming into the exam room. The office is not professional and did not inform me of their policy to give full payment at the time of the visit. I certainly would not recommend, nor will I ever go back.
