I had to ask the nurse to call the doctor back so I could get any anwers to care beyond taking the prescriptions she prescribed. I recommend going somewhere where the doctors will listen, explain things and take longer than 30 seconds with you when there are no patients waiting.

This is a frequent problem in the medical field-one employee is forced to do both-answer phone calls and assist patients because the office is poorly managed and must not have the money to pay another employee to assist with patient calls. I'm an RN and when I see a patient, I introduce myself and try to make them feel comfortable and welcomed. Maybe smile?? They all look so miserable. Dr. Monsef for some reason appears to be annoyed that I'm there, as if I'm a waste of time or something? Maybe he's used to more chronically ill patients. He looks at me like I'm crazy when I tell him my complaints. I've never felt so uncomfortable at a doctors office before. I'll never go back.
