Every so often one will fall out, or I'll stumble upon them. They are nice little refreshers. To the staff, all of you were very attentive and kind. I personally saw Cynthia, and Mo on my initial visit. They are thorough and patient. They don't make you feel different. They aren't pushy, they aren't judgmental. I felt understood and most importantly - safe. Thank you to the staff of Creekside, including Chris, and Monica. I'm sad I'm leaving this practice, but appreciative of the professionalism and unwavering kindness.

Then the first appointment I HAD to have was an intake with one of their therapist even tho I have my own. Then it took EIGHT weeks to see a psychiatrist Jessica Reiss who then also needed her own intake appointment which took an hour and a half. She not only clearly didn't believe me but also was condescending in her tone when asking about diet. I have lost 110 pounds and told her prior to asking about diet that I am a CPT and nutrition coach- she then asks "but do you follow it"... excuse me? DO YOU MAAM? Not only does she not take my therapist diagnosis but she makes me jump through hoops and turns me in to side show Bob requesting a questionnaire from my mother and a FRIEND be filled out THEN TWO WEEKS LATER an in office visit for her to take my blood pressure.... To "confirm diagnosis". Why is it that I need to jump through hoops when I've established a relationship with my own therapist. Why can't you do your job and make an assessment like all the other psychiatrist do? Nope.... This place is a joke and they make you coke back for as many visits as possible. Do not come here. Literally would rather never seek therapy again and won't. I'm done with shrinks. Y'all are the same. GATEKEEPING access to necessary medication is disgusting. I have NEVER sought out medication until this diagnosis before.... I've always turned down meds. ALWAYS! Imagine... finally wanting to get help and being met with roadblocks by YT women. Big shocker. I have been a client of Estelle's since 2015 with some breaks during this time due to life changes. When I first began seeing Estelle, I saw her in person at her office which was comfortable. I no longer live in Colorado, so now Estelle and I meet virtually. I am on a very regular appointment schedule, however, she has always remained flexible when accommodating appointment changes. Estelle has and continues to work with me through a variety of issues (PTSD, queer relationships, grief with relationships ending, marriage, self-improvement, religious changes), and I never felt judged or treated differently. Instead, I've always felt extremely safe with Estelle no matter the topic. I easily can say that my life has been changed for the better by Estelle's presence. She celebrates with me when things are good, and provides light at the end of the tunnel when things are hard. She isn't clinical and dry. Estelle is warm, invested, and appropriately humorous. Something she has done very well and is now proudly and functionally bisexual. To maintain a clear line of communication, seeing marriage/sex counselor has been paramount to our marriage success. The entire staff at this place has been professional, supportive and easy to work with. Scheduling is easy and the office environment is very relaxing. I highly recommend these professionals. They have been very open and nonjudgmental about our same sex marriage. We both feel very comfortable there.

She saw my son individually for two sessions and met with us as parents once before we had a family session after another issue arose. During that family session, she did not address the situation at hand, focused on irrelevant topics, and was dismissive when we tried to redirect the conversation--even after inviting us to 'correct her if she was wrong.' The way she spoke to us came across as rude and disrespectful, which only made our family's communication worse instead of better. To make matters worse, the session lasted only half the scheduled time, yet I expect we'll be charged the full amount. I left feeling angry, offended, and let down. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend her services, and I sincerely hope no other family goes through what we did.
