I guess they thought that we were not coming in town. What they fixed was a palm and a cross. Period. That's all. So we went to the location and asked if they could do something. They balked and didn't want to do much. They said that the cross was more than other arrangement. We advised them that it wasn't what we asked for. They said that the arrangement was still at the funeral parlor and they would go and put some flowers on it. We asked for some kind of refund. They would not even consider it. They would only fix the arrangement. We hesitated but agreed. Later that evening, after the arrangement was delivered to the resident, we looked at it. What they did was add about 6 roses to the arrangement but here's the kicker. They removed the cross. How cheesy. Again,I think they thought we would never see it. Therefore they thought they would take the cross off and add a few flowers and everything would be great. All I can say is watch out. These guys are not held accountable for the arrangement that they make for you in your time of need. Ask allot of questions. Check what you purchased, if you can. Hopefully, they will read this and make the changes they need to make.
