I guess they thought that we were not coming in town. What they fixed was a palm and a cross. Period. That's all. So we went to the location and asked if they could do something. They balked and didn't want to do much. They said that the cross was more than other arrangement. We advised them that it wasn't what we asked for. They said that the arrangement was still at the funeral parlor and they would go and put some flowers on it. We asked for some kind of refund. They would not even consider it. They would only fix the arrangement. We hesitated but agreed. Later that evening, after the arrangement was delivered to the resident, we looked at it. What they did was add about 6 roses to the arrangement but here's the kicker. They removed the cross. How cheesy. Again,I think they thought we would never see it. Therefore they thought they would take the cross off and add a few flowers and everything would be great. All I can say is watch out. These guys are not held accountable for the arrangement that they make for you in your time of need. Ask allot of questions. Check what you purchased, if you can. Hopefully, they will read this and make the changes they need to make.

I said fine and about 3 weeks later she called and said the chainsaw was repaired and the price was $48. A little more than quoted but that's ok. I got there to pick up the chainsaw and the guy that did the repair brought it up to the counter and said that he replaced the gas lines however the chainsaw still did not work correctly because it needed a carburetor kit. He said he did exactly what the "ticket" called for and fixed the gas leak. He said that repair would be another $65. Also they are cash only so bring cash. UPDATE: After posting this review yesterday, to their credit, Kelly's Small Engine Repair took it upon themselves to finish the repair to the carburetor and only charge for the pin that needed replacing. I have yet to pick up the chainsaw from them but they did the right thing in finishing the repair. I may update this review again after testing the chainsaw.
