Their cleaning procedures aren't safe with COVID. They don't sanitize dishes after previous tenants, I'm sure the tenants aren't wearing gloves to put them away. The blankets aren't washed, only the bedsheets are. In this day and age, this is concerning. The house itself was beautiful, but the whole check in/out process and having to deal with their customer service was agitating. Never have I felt so insulted by airbnb hosts. Not to mention, the booking was over 2.5k...way to slip in more fees afterwards. I dealt with both employees and the owners themselves. Truly disappointed and would never recommend.

The maintenence crew is rude and untrustworthy, often harassing people with issues that aren't related to anything business related or otherwise. The well water is highly questionable, with contanament levels kept at just barely legal levels, and even then it's recommended to boil tap water before use. There is zero internet access outside of cellular and satellite, and satellite access is questionable at best. About the only good things about Cascade are (most) of the neighbors and the price. Neither of those things, however, should sway someone into living there unless zero other options are available. Even then, I'd advise caution.
