It was apparent that Sasha paid attention to areas that needed more work or were tighter than other spots. This wasn't a one-size fits all massage which is exactly I had hoped for. I was able to fully relax and felt less tense after. The foot scrub was at the end of the massage and it was a nice way to bring me back to reality before the end of the session.
